These Chiffon Flowers are truly adorable, delicate and dainty.

These delicate flowers are made from layers of soft chiffon fabric. The centers feature a dramatic cluster of sewn-in pearls and rhinestones for a touch of sparkle.

The center of each flower has two rhinestones and two pearls.  Each flower is approximately 2.5 inches.  Felt is used to make sure everything is soft against the head.
